A non-profit organization working to bridge the communication gap.

Services

Hear Againa hearing aid assistance program
Recycle hearing aids back into the community.  Donated aids are refurbished and given, at not cost, to qualified residents.  Includes full hearing health work-up by licensed audiologists.
Interpreting Services

Interpreters, qualified individuals who know American Sign Language, can help you cross the communication barrier.  Oral interpreters are available for hard-of-hearing individuals as well.

Classes

Classes are offered in communication (basic signing, American Sign Language, and Interpreter Training and Mentoring).

Telecommunication Assistance

Amplified telephones, ring signalers, and TTYs (Deaf telephones) are available at no-cost to qualified residents over the age of 3.

Client Assistance Programs

Deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals and family members may request special, 1-on-1 assistance for any need (help filling out applications, finding work, understanding correspondence, acquiring services from other agencies, etc.
